Although much faster to prepare, it tastes just as fantastic as its namesake cake. This is due to one of the best spreads from the BAM collection: the hazelnut spread. This is an item to always have on hand – it is so delicious it allows us to prepare top-notch desserts without any effort. Combined with milk chocolate and roasted hazelnuts, it gives the chocolates a run for their money!

Ingredients for Kinder Bueno in a glass

70 g whipping cream

90 g BAM milk chocolate

200 g BAM hazelnut spread (1 spread)

120 g mascarpone cheese

20 g powdered sugar

350 g whipping cream

chopped roasted hazelnuts

Preparation
- Bring cream to a boil and pour over the chocolate. Wait one minute and mix with a spatula until well combined. Allow to cool.
- Whip 250 g whipping cream and mix the rest with mascarpone cheese, hazelnut spread and sugar until smooth. Fold whipped cream into the mixture with a spatula.
- Distribute the cooled chocolate into glasses and fill them with the filling. Chill in the refrigerator, then sprinkle with hazelnuts and decorate as desired.
